Preliminary June data from analysts show that the program, which grew out of employee suggestions, is wildly successful. It appears to have boosted GM
sales 20% to 30%.

EMPLOYEE SUGGESTIONS WILL MAKE YOU MONEY
All you have to do is:
1. Ask your staff for ideas.
2. Reward them for giving you ideas.
Get the ball rolling on profit increasing ideas at your sales meetings. Start every meeting with thank you’s, congratulations and rewards for ideas generated at the previous meeting and during the course of each day.
Start with Thank you’s. Then reward those who gave you ideas you used and ideas you did not use.
Why reward them for ideas not used? You do not want your staff to become discouraged. And, sometimes the ideas you do not think are worth trying today will be ideas you cherish in the future.
When turning down an idea, explain to them in detail why you did not use the idea. Give them the opportunity to defend and further explain how they feel the idea will help you increase sales and profits and grow your business. You will start a brainstorming session and many profit making ideas will be discovered.
Your rewards do not have to be of great value. We give bigger rewards for bigger and better ideas.

Video rental store:
Not charging the customers for rewinding videos.
My video store staff listened to the customers complaining about being charged 10 cents for not rewinding the rented videos. They figured out how much money we netted in a month from the charges and presented it to me with the prediction that we could take customers away from the competition by not charging the fee. We took many customers away from our competition for only the cost of a dime.
Tire store:
Asking every customer to purchase a valve stem with every tire purchased that we mounted on their vehicle. We charged $1 for the valve stem, they cost us 15 cents. We sold an average of 500 tires a week. You do the math!
Electronics and Appliance stores:
7 days a week service. One of my sales professionals realized televisions, stereos, VCR’s and camcorders broke down when they were being used. Most people use these items in the evenings and weekends when we and our competition were closed. By simply having someone available to give the customer, with the broken equipment, a loaner item we increased our sales 15%.
Jewelry store:
Put a small jewelery case display in every store. When we opened our jewelry store we certainly were not known as jewelers. We were not, we were retailers. To take advantage of all the store traffic we had in our tire, electronics, appliance, and furniture stores we put a small display of jewelry in each store with signage announcing our jewelry store. An employee idea that propelled us to the top jewelry seller in our market.
Furniture store:
Changing the layout of the store. One day a sales professional in my furniture store said, “I have an idea. Since our largest profits. And his largest commissions come from the sale of bedding, why don’t we put the bedding at the front of the store, instead of the back where we and all our competition currently put it.?” He got a very nice reward, for that idea doubled his commissions.
If you’re not increasing sales you are falling behind.

So its here where you will visit today – the Temples Of Andhra Pradesh. It will be lunch time by the time you reach the city of Warrangal. So your lunch will be served first before visiting any of the temples.
Ramnappa Temple – Famous as the brightest star in the galaxy of medieval temples its known for its architectural design. Look at the carvings at the walls, pillars and ceilings. It has designs which speak of the Andhra Pradesh Culture.
Standing all these years; to speak of the culture gone by stands tall the remains of the Warrangal Fort. Its the next destination which you will reach by road. Built in the 13th century this fort was built by King Ganpati Deva and his daughter Rudramma. Your tour guide will tell you more about the fort.

The Thousand Pillared Temple dedicated to Hindu Dieteis has one thousand richly carved pillars and a magnificent black basalt Nandi bull. Its built in the form of a star on 1meter high platform on the slopes of Hanumakunda. The temple is surrounded by shrines which makes it more magnificent. As you move around the temple its magnificence will attract you – take some photographs of it if you wish to.
In the evening you will be taken back to the hotel for dinner and lunch.
Destination 3 - Vijaywada – (Day 3) – Its a one day tour at the city of woodworks.

Enjoy the beauty of the lake and the surroundings. Shop for the wooden artifacts at the local market nearby the lake – something for which Vijaywada is famous. In the evening we will take you back to the hotel where your overnight stay and dinner has been arranged.
Visakhapatnam – (Day 4) – Known as the city of destiny; filled with beaches and life – its this city which is the next stop in your tour.
Its a two day visit to the states second largest city.

In the evening after lunch in you have enough time to spend at the Gangavaram beach. Have a taste of the local drink while you sip the coconut water and taste the banana chips. Enjoy the water sports here for a while before we move back to the hotel. The night stay and dinner will be at the hotel.
(Day 5 ) - The next morning after a heavy breakfast you will head for Araku Valley. Though it doesn’t have a direct cultural link but for yesteryears its known throughout the world for it heartwarming beauty. It the perfect place for boot camping. Track down here and enjoy the wild till afternoon. Your lunch will be served in the midst of this thronging beauty.
After lunch we will take you to another beauty of Visakhapatnam – The Dolphin’s Nose Rock. Its a huge rock built in the form of Dolphins Nose. Bearing a height of 357mts; it cuts itself out to the sea and has a lighthouse built on it. Watch the sea crashing itself at the rock of Dolphin Nose. Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the sea atop the nose.
The evening will be at your ease at one of the prominent beaches like Bheemunipatnam – suitable for windsurfing and and water surfing. After a tiring day hop in the coach way back to the hotel for a splendid South Indian dinner and rest.
Tirupati - (Day 6) – A one day visit

The Tirumala Hills according to the ancient scriptures represents the body of the seven serpents; it is on this hill the worlds richest temple is made. It has both the architectural and spiritual value. It is supposed to be one of the most sacred places to visit; the archeology is a wonder in itself. The vimana or the Cupola of the temple is covered with Gold Plate and is called as “the Ananda Nilayam`.Though you can take photographs of the outer side of the temple – its a visit which will remain in your memories forever. The lunch will be at the hotel and the evening at your ease. Walk around the town of Tirupati or rest in the hotel premises – its up to you. Your tour guide will always be there to help you out.
Have a nice sleep at the hotel as next morning will see you back to Hyderabad for your way back home.
Day 7 – The next morning we will bid you aeidu as you drive for airport.
